Made it through Level 3 again today. I OWN YOU, JILLIAN! Bwahahaha.

  2. Okay...so my question is how are your knees??? I had a really hard time with level two - not because it was too intense - I could handle it and I felt great, but my knees were in serious pain and level three look to be even higher impact! So...how are you avoiding the bad knee problem???

  3. OMG, jingle, the knee pain on Level 2 was unbearable for me. :( I only did it once. I figured I'd try L3 just for the heck of it and it's SO MUCH BETTER. Instead of jumping squats, I do jumping jacks with weights. Instead of rock stars, I do butt kicks with weights in my hands. Other than that I do all the moves with the girl on the right so they're a little easier. If your knees start to hurt, just modify it.. do some jumping jacks with weights or some push-ups or something. As long as you stay moving you will still see results. The ab workout on L3 is AWESOME.. it feels like someone punched you in the stomach afterward haha.
