Lemon


here's a suzy homemaker version for your blog: 1 box lemon cake mix (don't follow the directions), 4 eggs, 3/4cup veg oil. Glaze - juice of a couple lemons (i only have 1 big one lol), and powdered sugar to taste then water to thin it (i use about 3 tablespoons). Bake in mini cupcakes/muffin pan. cool slightly then dip in glaze and let set then dip again. :D
just mix everything together until smooth for the batter

for the recipe i just gave you, i think i like to do a whole dip the first time and then after they set just dip the tops again, they get all drizzly and pretty down the sides :D
